Hope You Had A Great Christmas and New Years!
I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year celebration. We stayed home and enjoyed time with family. Shannon’s mom and sister are away in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and plan to be back sometime this month.
On Christmas Eve, we collected a special offering for our Living A Legacy Building Project that will happen in 2016. We collected close to $1,600. You can still give to the fund by noting it on your offering envelope or check (make the check out to FBC).
Remember! Our next Fellowship Dinner and Business Meeting will take place NEXT Sunday (January 17th) immediately following worship. At our business meeting we will be voting on two Deacons (Aaron Kirtley and Steve Vermillion) and our new constitution. Please bring a side dish and/or dessert. Homemade bierocks will be provided.
Our youth ministry (IMPACT) will move to Sundays starting this Sunday, January 10 at 6:30pm.
We will be collecting resumes for our Burrton Campus Pastor position for one more week. So far we have collected around 35. If you know someone who is interested in this part time position, please have them email their resume to: email@example.com.
Your end of year contribution statement will be in your church mailbox (located in Fellowship Hall) NEXT Sunday (January 17). If you have questions or need this information sooner Jacque can help (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please join us this Sunday and bring a friend for part 2 in our new series…The Crazy Life. In this three week series, we are going through Isaiah chapter 40.
See you on Sunday!
