The Marathon is Over

The marathon is over and I am thankful to have finished. Through about 15 miles or so, I was a running about a 9:30 pace but when I hit over 18 miles, I began to have trouble with my knee and ankle. I had trouble this summer with them when I hit the high mileage. Needless to say, those last eight miles seemed like an eternity. However, I suffered through and finished. Thanks again for your support and encouragement.
