Being Thankful

I really enjoyed my week vacation at home with my family. It was a great time of food, fun and lots of rest. I am grateful for our Burrton Campus Pastor, Stuart Pederson, for filling in for me in my absence. I have heard great reports.

You do not want to miss this Sunday at we start our Christmas series…The Gift That Keeps On Giving. I am really looking forward to preaching it and see what God is going to do.

We will have two Christmas Eve services this year! They will take place at 5:00pm and 7:00pm. They will be identical services, but the nursery (birth to 3yrs) will be available only during the 5:00pm service.

Online giving is very easy and many people in our congregation are taking advantage of it. Simply go to our website: and click on the “Give Now” tab.

We are in the process of receiving Christmas lists back from our neighbors on 5th street and starting to purchase for them. It’s very exciting! We are a little over half way to our goal of 61 houses! You can bring your financial gift this Sunday and place it in the box back by the Information Table.

I love being your Pastor! I can’t wait to see you this weekend!
